H970   LED Cold varnish
H970 UV LED Cold Varnish.Offset printing on paper products is a UV curing varnish with very good gloss.  
Substrate: Varnished on coated papers and cardboards for packaging as well as collapsible boxes and labels
Suitable for Corona pre-treated PP film, Corona pre-treated PE film and metallized PET film
Application Equipment: Coating machine with anilox or roller system.
The machine should be adapted to work with the UV materials, including rollers and hoses. The lamps and reflectors should be cleaned and changed regularly in order to cure UV-varnish properly
Film thickness: 3-10g/m2 , strongly depends on the absorbency of the substrate.

Transparent varnish film
Can also be used inline on hybrid ink (or UV ink)
Very good smoothness even on cardboards that are laminated with
metallised films
